When your kitchen gets busier, the Blodgett DFG-50 SGL single-deck half-size gas convection oven is here to help you handle the orders. With 27,500 BTU of cooking power, this oven is available in natural gas and liquid propane gas configurations. It offers ample space for (5) half-size baking pans and features a durable stainless steel top, front, and sides, as well as a full-angle iron frame for longevity. The oven comes with five (5) chrome-plated racks that can be placed on nine (9) rack guides.
 
 Designed for natural gas and LP use, this commercial oven has a dual-flow gas system that allows for both direct and indirect heat cooking, ensuring thorough and perfectly cooked results. The single-speed fan motor with a dual inlet blower wheel evenly circulates heat for consistent bake quality on each rack. The modular tilt-down front control panel allows for easy switching between cook mode and cool down mode.
 
 The solid-state manual infinite thermostat allows you to set the temperature from 200 to 500°F with great accuracy, creating the ideal cooking atmosphere for each recipe. The digital timer can be set for a countdown of up to 60 minutes, preventing undercooking and overcooking. This also frees up time for your staff to attend to other kitchen tasks while waiting for the oven to finish baking. The cooling fan helps bring down the temperature quickly after each session, allowing for immediate use.
 
 The combustion chamber is made of aluminized steel, perfect for high-temperature baking. The solid mineral fiber insulation on the top, sides, and bottom of the chamber ensures heat retention and consistent efficiency, resulting in high-quality dishes every time. The interior is lined with double-sided porcelain and is well-lit by a pair of 50-watt commercial bake oven lamps. The dual-pane thermal glass window provides a large viewing area without interrupting the operation. The stainless steel door can be easily opened and shut with a single chrome-plated handle.
 
 The electric spark ignition quickly ignites the gas burner, increasing overall efficiency. The removable dual-tube burners evenly distribute heat, while the adjustable air shutters on the air mixers deliver ideal combustion for baking.
 
 The oven also features a 0.5 horsepower blower motor that automatically cuts off power if there is excessive current draw. The pressure regulator is conveniently accessed from the front, allowing for quick shut-off of the gas valve for servicing or emergencies. For
