The drawers below the worktop provide 16.02 cu. ft. of storage space and can hold pans up to 6" deep for storing larger amounts of prepped food. The temperature inside the drawers is consistently maintained between 36º and 38ºF to ensure the maximum shelf life of food. The telescoping drawer slides are supported by stainless steel frames, allowing for easy access to ingredients. The drawers also have a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal from the cabinet. The worktop features a full-width polyethylene cutting board that is 17" deep, providing ample space for ingredient preparation and sandwich assembly. The cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The eight pans on the worktop keep ingredients and condiments between 41ºF and 33ºF, with optimized airflow to extend shelf life.
