The Beverage Air SPE60HC-16C Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a two-door prep table that features an extended depth cutting board work area and cold ingredient storage for sixteen 4" deep polycarbonate pans. The reach-in refrigeration sections below the worktop provide a total of 16.02 cu. ft. of storage space. Each reach-in cabinet is equipped with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to maximize space and organize items. The refrigerators' liners are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel doors have snap-in gaskets that lock in the cold air and can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning. The interior of each refrigerator is designed for enhanced airflow, ensuring a temperature range of 36º to 38ºF. Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept cool and easily accessible under a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board, measuring 17" deep, provides ample space for sandwich preparation and ingredient prep. The cutting board is securely held in place but can be easily removed for cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter features an efficient ½ HP compressor with 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations. The unit also has a non-electric automatic defrosting system. This prep counter is designed to operate on standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
