The Beverage Air SPE36HC-10 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table with twin doors, ten 1/6 size pans, and a total capacity of 10.01 cu. ft. It comes with four epoxy-coated wire shelves for storage.

The ingredient pans are kept below 41°F and 33°F at the top of the unit, ensuring freshness with proper airflow. A removable full-width cutting board is included for sandwich assembly.

The reach-in sections have aluminum liners that are easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. The self-closing stainless steel doors maintain a cool temperature of 36º to 38ºF with minimal power consumption. The doors can be opened to 120° and will stay open when multiple items need to be moved in or out. The snap-in door gaskets are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning.

The unit is made with stainless steel on the sides, front, top, grille, and door, while the back and bottom are made from galvanized steel. The interior liner is made from aluminum for corrosion resistance. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system maximizes space, and the 1/3 HP compressor produces 1140 BTU/hr of cooling with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The epoxy-coated evaporator coil ensures long-lasting performance.

The unit comes with an 8' power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
