The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12C Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a two-door prep table with an extended depth cutting board work area and cold ingredient storage for a dozen polycarbonate pans that are 4" deep. The reach-in refrigeration sections below the worktop offer a total of 13.01 cu. ft. of storage space.

Each reach-in cabinet has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to maximize space and organize items. The liners of these refrigerators are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum that is easy to clean. The stainless steel doors have snap-in gaskets that can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning. The interior of each refrigerator has enhanced airflow to keep the temperature between 36º and 38ºF.

Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept cool and easily accessible under a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board is 17" deep, providing ample room to work on sandwiches or prep ingredients. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning.

The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter has an efficient ½ HP compressor with 1094 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets environmental regulations. Automatic defrosting is provided with a non-electric system.

This unit operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
