It features four large cordierite hearth decks, each measuring 38" wide and 26" deep, allowing you to bake large quantities of food at once.
 
 The oven is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel oven cavity, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The cordierite hearth deck is highly thermal-resistant, allowing you to adjust the temperature according to your recipes. The oven can heat between 300 and 800°F and comes with a 60-minute timer for precise cooking.
 
 The heating elements are located at the top and bottom of the oven, spaced by 9.5" of the decks, ensuring uniform heating. You can adjust the heat from the top and bottom separately using the infinite controls, allowing you to achieve a perfectly crisped crust and toppings. The heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters eliminate cold spots on the deck, maximizing the cooking surface.
 
 The fully insulated heavy-duty doors are equipped with a spring-balanced mechanism, making them easy to open even with frequent use throughout the day. The oven is mounted on four robust steel Bakertone legs, allowing for additional ovens to be added without taking up extra floor space.
