 This deck-type oven is designed to withstand tough environments. Its stainless steel exterior is resistant to dents and rust, while the aluminized steel interior is built to handle high heat. The Cordierite deck offers excellent thermal resistance, making cooking pizzas easier and more efficient.
 
 The U-shaped heating elements are strategically placed at the ceiling and below the deck, ensuring even heating from 300 to 800°F. You can adjust the top and bottom heat with precision using the infinite controls, allowing you to achieve the desired results. The flame diverters distribute heat evenly across the deck, maximizing the use of the cooking surface. The 60-minute timer helps you monitor your cooking progress while attending to other tasks.
 
 The doors of this pizza oven are insulated to retain heat. They are spring-balanced for easy opening and closing, reducing tension and discomfort. The fully welded iron frame and sturdy steel legs provide stability and durability.
