The Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamer is a countertop electric steamer that can hold up to six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans. It features vacuum cooking and manual mechanical timer controls. The steamer does not require any water or drain connections and operates on 6kW of power. It is designed with a heavy-duty door, a power on/off switch, and a field reversible door. The steamer also includes a 3-gallon water reservoir, a front-mounted drain valve, and a right-hand hinged door. It has a 90-minute timer and is equipped with a 5' power cord and plug. The steamer is made in the USA and is ENERGY STAR® certified. Some of its standard features include a low water protection system, a quick release door, and multiple kilowatt outputs for different cooking needs. The steamer has a durable stainless steel cavity and does not require deliming, descaling, or blowdowns. It has a patented vacuum technology for efficient and faster cooking. The steamer also has steam director covers for added safety and a heat, cook, and hold indicator lights. Optional features for the steamer include a drain kit, a marine package, a military package, and a 180-minute timer. Other options include a perforated cooking shelf, a one-year extended warranty, and a 4" full-size drain pan. The steamer can also be converted into a double stacking stand and can be equipped with a water shield, adjustable bullet or flanged feet, or a corrections package for tamper resistance. Additional options include a steamer door crack open/hold open feature, a stainless steel support stand with casters, and a chain package for factory preset hold temperature.
