The S32083D100 SGL Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Floor Model Steamer from AccuTemp is an electric model that can hold three 20"x 2-½” cafeteria pans. It operates on 208v/60/3-ph power and has a maximum power output of 10kW.
 
 AccuTemp's Steam'N'Hold™ steamers offer a unique advantage over conventional convection steamers. Their patented technology uses a vacuum to remove air from the cavity, allowing steam to make better contact with the food for improved thermal transfer. Unlike traditional convection steamers that rely on circulating air, which acts as an insulator, this steamer's vacuum system ensures efficient heat application. Additionally, the vacuum system lowers the boiling point of water, enabling steam cooking at lower temperatures.
 
 This Commercial Floor Model Steamer is connectionless and does not require plumbing for installation. It features a 3-gallon water reservoir that can be manually filled with potable water. The steamer can use any potable water source without voiding the warranty, and AccuTemp provides lifetime service and support guarantee regardless of water quality.
 
 The sturdy stand included with this unit has a storage shelf below the steamer for additional storage space. It is designed to last as long as the steamer and can accommodate the addition of another 3 or 6 pan steamer in the future. The steamer comes with a 5' power cord and an L15-30P plug for use with a power source with a 30.0 amp breaker. 
 
 Standard features of this steamer include a 90-minute timer, heavy-duty door, power on switch, front-mounted drain valve, and a super duty heater configuration. It also has vacuum and temperature gauges, heat, cook, and hold indicator lights, and a quick-release door for easy access while cooking. The steamer does not require deliming, descaling, or blowdowns, and its heating element is not exposed to water. It offers low water protection with a light and buzzer, and has various cooking modes such as fast cook, low temp, steam, and hold.
 
 Optional features include a drain kit, marine package, military package, 180-minute timer, left-hand hinged door, perforated cooking shelf, one-year extended warranty, and a 4” full-size drain pan.
