The E62401D060 DBL (QUICK SHIP) Two Connectionless Evolution™ from AccuTemp is a commercial floor model steamer that features two electrically-heated boilerless units on a stainless steel stand. Each steamer has a maximum input of 60 kW and can hold either four 12x20x4” or six 12x20x2-½” cafeteria pans.
 
 The main feature of these steamers is the patent-pending SVT (Steam Vector Technology) system, which evenly distributes steam throughout the cavity without the need for moving mechanical parts. The SVT system consists of removable steam collector and distributor panels that can be easily washed in a dishwasher. This system is robust and can handle hard water without the need for water treatment or filtration.
 
 The steamers have simple digital control panels with temperature displays for easy adjustments, as well as independent digital timers with programmable presets for convenient timekeeping. The instructions are printed on each door in both English and Spanish for quick reference.
 
 These steamers are highly efficient, using less than 2 gallons of water per hour, and are ENERGY STAR qualified. They come with a 5' long power cord and an L6-30P plug for easy connection to a 240v/60/1-ph power outlet with a 30 amp breaker.
 
 Standard features of these steamers include a 3-gallon water reservoir, front-mounted drain valve, easy-to-clean control panel, simplified service access panel, heavy-duty door, automatic altitude compensation, no hood requirement (in most states), no water filtration or treatment requirement, no scheduled de-liming or maintenance, no warranty exclusions for water quality, dishwasher-safe wire pan racks, cook mode and variable temperature hold mode, low water, high water, and over-temp indicator lights, and the ability to open the door at any time during the cooking cycle.
 
 Optional features include a drain pan, bullet feet, perforated cooking shelf, and a stainless steel support stand with casters, bullet feet, or flanged feet.
