The AccuTemp E64803D140 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ is a floor model steamer that does not require a boiler. It is mounted on a stand and can produce up to 14 kW of power. It is designed to use 480v/60/3-ph power at 16.0 amps. The steamer cavity is made of 14 gauge 304 stainless steel and can accommodate half a dozen 12x20x2.5” pans or four 12x20x4” pans on dishwasher-safe wire pan racks.
The standout feature of the Evolution™ line of steamers is the patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT). This technology distributes steam without any moving parts through steam collector and distributor panels. These panels are easy to remove and dishwasher-safe for convenience. The SVT system allows the steamer to work without water filtration or treatment, without voiding the warranty or disqualifying it from AccuTemp's lifetime service and support guarantee. It is compatible with hard water and does not require routine descaling maintenance, minimizing downtime.
Temperature and cooking time can be controlled using the digital control panel, which is easy to clean. The panel also features a digital temperature display for easy monitoring. The steamer comes with an independent digital electronic timer with programmable presets for added convenience.
This Commercial Floor Model Steamer is ENERGY STAR qualified for its efficiency. It comes with a 5' power cable and integrated L16-20P plug for easy connection to a power source with a 20.0 amp breaker. Additional restaurant equipment, cooking equipment, and steam cooking equipment are also available.
Standard features of the steamer include a 3-gallon water reservoir, a front-mounted drain valve, an easy-to-clean control panel, a simplified service access panel, a heavy-duty field-reversible door, automatic altitude compensation, no hood requirement (in most states), no water filtration or treatment requirement, no scheduled de-liming or maintenance, no warranty exclusions for water quality, dishwasher-safe wire pan racks, English and Spanish operating instructions on the door, low water, high water, and over-temp indicator lights, the ability to open the door at any time during the cooking cycle, multiple kW heat inputs for all cooking needs, a cast aluminum heating element that is not exposed to water, and cook and hold (variable-temperature) operating modes.
