The CVap® Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-size cabinet that is insulated and designed for convection holding. It can accommodate either 14 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 28 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The cabinet features two field reversible hinged solid dutch doors with a magnetic door handle. It is equipped with a C-Touch control with a processor, allowing for HACCP temperature downloads. The cabinet also has wireless programming capabilities and USB & audio ports. It has an on/off fan control and a manual water fill. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
