This mobile CVap® Holding Cabinet is designed to accommodate a variety of sheet pans and hotel pans. It can hold up to 14 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 14 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The cabinet features two field reversible hinged solid dutch doors with a magnetic door handle for easy access. It is equipped with a C-Touch control with processor, allowing for wireless programming and HACCP temperature downloads. The cabinet also has USB and audio ports, as well as on/off fan control. Manual water fill is available. Both the interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
