The Universal Ventless Hood is a commercial exhaust hood with a 26" cooking zone and a 3-stage filtration system. It features (2) LED lights, a stainless steel stand, and adjustable legs that can be set at 6" to 8" for leveling. This hood is NSF and ETL certified and is a non-returnable item. The hood operates at 12.48/14.40kW and is available in 208/240v/60/1-ph with 6.0 amps and a NEMA 6-15R plug. It is designed to fit through a 36" wide door opening and has a limited two-year parts and one-year labor warranty. The hood is constructed with stainless steel for strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. It has a completely self-contained 3-stage filtration system and an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement. The Universal Ventless Hood is movable, making it ideal for leased properties. It also has a completely self-contained fire protection system that is accessible from the front. Airflow sensors continually monitor airflow for optimal performance and grease removal. The hood has two LED lights that produce 990 lumens for improved visibility. The light color temperature is cool white. It also has an interlock system that will disable cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. The hood's filtration process is completely self-contained and reduces emissions below the levels allowed in NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B using the EPA 202 test method. For replacement filters, this model requires (1) HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (WL0107). Options and accessories for this hood include a HEPA/carbon-charcoal filter pack.
