The Heavy Duty Warming Drawer Unit is a freestanding unit with two drawers. Each drawer has a capacity of approximately 8 dozen rolls. The unit is made of stainless steel construction and is cULus and CE certified. The warming drawer unit is fully insulated for maximum efficiency and comes with a one-year warranty against defects covering parts and labor. It features humidity and thermostat controls, allowing for precise temperature and humidity control in each drawer. Each drawer comes with a stainless steel, 12" x 20", 6" deep pan. The unit also has durable stainless steel tracks and bearings for smooth operation. There are optional features available for the unit, including a built-in thermometer for monitoring potentially hazardous foods. The unit also has individual thermostatic temperature control on each drawer for maximum versatility. For heavy-duty use, there are Heavy Duty (HD) models available with reinforced construction. The RW series Drawer Warmers are Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. LISTED and meet the National Sanitation Foundation and Canadian standards. Optional accessories for the unit include leg kits, humitrol racks, caster kits, and optional thermometers.
