The Heavy Duty Warming Drawer Unit is a freestanding unit with one drawer. Each drawer has a capacity of approximately 8 dozen rolls. The unit is made of stainless steel construction and is cULus certified. Some of the standard features of this unit include full insulation for maximum efficiency, a one-year warranty against defects covering parts and labor, humidity and thermostat controls, and a stainless steel, 12" x 20", 6" deep pan provided with each drawer. The unit also has durable stainless steel tracks and bearings for smooth operation. There are also optional features and accessories available for this unit. These include a leg kit (metal or plastic), a Humitrol Rack for each drawer, an optional built-in thermometer for individual drawers, and caster kits of different heights. The RW series Drawer Warmers are Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. LISTED and meet the National Sanitation Foundation and Canadian standards.
