The Hot/Cold Drop-In Food Well Unit is a versatile and efficient piece of equipment. It features a 4-pan size, single tank with a switch for hot or cold operation. The unit also includes a self-contained refrigeration system with automatic water fill. It comes with two pan dividers and uses R404a refrigerant. The cold unit has a 1/2 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 6.4 amps. The hot unit operates on 208/240v/60/1-ph with 18.1-20.8 amps. The unit is NSF and cULus certified.
