The commercial deep fryer is an electric countertop appliance with dual fry pots, each with a 15 lb. capacity. It features thermostatic controls and tubular elements. The fryer comes with two full-size baskets and a stainless steel fry pot. The front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel. The fryer also has 4" adjustable legs for stability. It is NSF, UL, and CSA certified. The kettles are easily removable for straining, and the baskets can be removed for rotation and cleaning. The fryer also has a safety thermostat to prevent dangerous temperatures. Despite its compact design, it offers maximum cooking capacity while taking up minimal counter space. The snap-action thermostats provide precise temperature control from 200°F to 375°F. The immersion-type heating elements ensure even heat distribution and can be swung up for easy maintenance. Additional fry baskets are available as options.
