The Panini Supremo™ Large Panini Commercial grill is an electric grill with a single cooking surface measuring 14-1/2" x 11". It features a timer, hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles, and ribbed cast iron plates. The adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 570°F (300°C) and there are indicator lights to show when the grill is powered on and ready. The grill has a brushed stainless steel body and a removable drip tray. It has a power of 2.8kW and operates on 208v/60/1-ph with 15 amps. It is UL and NSF certified.
