The Panini Supremo™ Large Panini Commercial grill is an electric grill with a single cooking surface measuring 14-1/2" x 11". It features a timer, hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles, and ribbed cast iron plates. The adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 570°F (300°C) and there are indicator lights to show when the grill is powered on and ready for use. The grill has a brushed stainless steel body and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. It operates at 1.8kW and requires 120v/60/1-ph, 15 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is UL and NSF certified.
