The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a 12" work top range with a modular frame and a stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. It comes with 4" flanged feet and is CSA and NSF certified.
Standard features of this range include a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The work surface, front, front top ledge, sides, base, and stub back are all made of stainless steel.
Optional features that can be factory installed include 4" adjustable feet, a cap and cover front manifold, a condiment type rail for 24" and 36" models, and rear gas connections for 18", 24", and 36" models. The range also offers the option of a 3/4", 1", or 1 1/4" gas pressure regulator, with the gas type specified separately.
Accessories that can be purchased separately include a banking strip, 10", 22", or 34" high back risers without a shelf, common plate rails starting at 36" length, 22" single deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, 34" double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, and a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device. Common condiment type telescoping plate rails are also available, starting at 24" length.
