The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 12" hot top that has a 30,000 BTU burner. The hot top is made of polished cast iron and the range also includes a storage base with cabinet doors. The front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are all made of stainless steel. The range comes with 6" adjustable legs and is CSA and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a 30,000 BTU/hr. burner, heavy-duty top castings, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a stainless steel cabinet base door, and an individual pilot and control for the burner. The range also comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty and a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold.
Optional features that can be factory installed include 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, less legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models, and a cap and cover front manifold (either left or right, not both). There is also a 3" high toe base available for curb mounting for cabinet base models.
Accessories that can be purchased separately include a banking strip, a set of 4 casters (with 2 locking), 10", 22", or 34" high back risers (without a shelf), 22" single deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, 34" double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, 6" adjustable flanged feet for cabinet base models, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, and a gas pressure regulator (3/4", 1", or 1 1/4") for specific gas types.
