The IRX™ Infrared Charbroiler is a gas countertop charbroiler that measures 36-1/2" in width. It features three burners, each with a power output of 22,000 BTU. The charbroiler is equipped with manual control and piezo ignition for easy operation. It also includes a crumb tray for easy cleaning. The cooking grids, sides, control panel, top trim, and removable heat shield and backsplash are all made of stainless steel. The charbroiler has 4" adjustable legs for stability. It has a total power output of 66,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use. 

Standard features of the charbroiler include 4" adjustable legs, chrome burner control knobs, direct ignition piezo spark igniters, heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels, a full-width stainless steel front crumb tray, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Each burner has a high range heat control valve, and the charbroiler comes with a removable stainless steel heat shield and splash guard. The rear gas connection is 3/4" NPT, and a gas pressure regulator is provided. The charbroiler uses an energy-efficient 22,000 BTU/hr. patented infrared burner system in each cooking zone. The cooking area for each burner zone is 11" x 25", providing a total cooking area of 275 square inches. The charbroiler comes with one replacement emitter panel as standard, with additional replacement panels available for larger models.

Accessories for the charbroiler, such as a stainless steel stand with undershelf and casters, and stainless steel "Fish Grates" with smaller rib spacing, can be ordered separately and installed in the field.

The charbroiler is made of stainless steel and has a full-width stainless steel front crumb tray. It features heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels and 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids. Each cooking grid is powered by a 22,000 BTU/hr. patented infrared burner system. The charbroiler has direct ignition piezo spark igniters and one high range heat control valve for each burner. The burner knobs are chrome. It has 4" adjustable legs for stability and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator. The charbroiler is CSA design certified and NSF listed.
