The Achiever Charbroiler is a countertop appliance that measures 46-7/8" in length. It features eight 17,000 BTU cast iron burners with infinite heat control valves. The chassis is fully welded and includes two drip trays. The front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough are made of stainless steel. The charbroiler has 4" adjustable legs and operates at 136,000 BTU. It is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
Standard features of the Achiever Charbroiler include 4" adjustable legs, heavy-duty cast iron char-radiants, and 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty and an easy lighting standing pilot ignition system. Each broiler grate has a 17,000 BTU/hr burner, and there is a 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer and enhance multi-zone cooking capability. The chassis is all welded and made of stainless steel, including the sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. The heat deflector tray system creates a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and makes cleaning easier. Each burner has a high range infinite heat control valve, and the front panel has engraved valve adjustment marks for easy set-up.
Optional accessories for the Achiever Charbroiler include 6" legs, a cutting board, a condiment rail, a 12 3/4" overshelf, a fajita plate warmer, a 10 5/8" deep plate rail, a 6" back and side splash kit, a welded steel round rod grate, 10 1/2" wide griddle plate inserts, and straight and waffle pattern cast iron grates. There is also a stainless steel stand available with an undershelf and casters.
