The IRX™ Infrared Charbroiler is a gas countertop charbroiler that measures 14-1/2" in width. It features one 22,000 BTU burner with manual control and piezo ignition. The charbroiler is made of stainless steel and includes stainless steel cooking grids, sides, control panel, top trim, removable heat shield, and backsplash. It also comes with a crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. The charbroiler has a total BTU of 22,000 and is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use. Standard features of the charbroiler include 4" adjustable legs, chrome burner control knobs, direct ignition piezo spark igniters, heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels, a full-width stainless steel front crumb tray, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has one high range heat control valve for each burner, a removable stainless steel heat shield and splash guard, and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator. The charbroiler is equipped with an energy-efficient 22,000 BTU/hr. patented infrared burner system in each cooking zone. It has 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids, providing 275 square inches of cooking area in each burner zone. The charbroiler comes with one replacement emitter panel standard for the VTEC14 model and two replacement emitter panels standard for the VTEC25 and larger models. Accessories such as a stainless steel stand with undershelf and casters, as well as stainless steel "Fish Grates" with smaller 1/4" rib spacing, can be ordered separately and field installed. The charbroiler is designed for high efficiency and features a stainless steel front, sides, and top trim. It has a full-width stainless steel front crumb tray and heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels. The cooking grids are made of stainless steel and measure 11" x 25". Each cooking grid is equipped with a 22,000 BTU/hr. patented infrared burner system. The charbroiler also has direct ignition piezo spark igniters and one high range heat control valve for each burner. The burner knobs are chrome and the charbroiler has 4" adjustable legs.
