The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas-powered commercial cooking equipment designed for use in restaurants and food service establishments. It features a 24" modular design with a griddle that has a 3/4" thick polished steel plate. The range has manual controls and a stainless steel front, front top ledge, side, base, burner box, and stub back. The range is equipped with 4" flanged feet for stability and has a heating capacity of 60,000 BTU. It is certified by CSA Flame and CSA Star for safety and meets the standards set by NSF for commercial gas ranges.
