The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that is 24" in size and modular in design. It features four 35,000 BTU open burners with cast iron grates and manual controls. The front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are all made of stainless steel. The range also has a 4" flanged feet and a total BTU of 140,000. It is CSA and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include heavy-duty cast grates, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a stainless steel cabinet base door, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Each burner has its own pilot and control, and the open top burners have a BTU rating of 33,000 per hour. The range also has universal rack guides with one removable shelf in the cabinet base. The front gas manifold is 1 1/4" in diameter with a rear gas connection that is capped. The range is equipped with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for cabinet base units.
Optional features that can be factory installed include a cap and cover for the front manifold, a 3" high toe base for curb mounting, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, and the option to have no legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models.
There are also various accessories available for the range, including "S" grates, a banking strip, a set of four casters (two of which are locking), high back risers in 10", 22", or 34" heights (without a shelf), single or double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers in 22" or 34" lengths, 6" adjustable flanged feet for cabinet base models, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, a telescoping plate rail in various lengths, and gas pressure regulators in 3/4", 1", or 1 1/4" sizes (specify gas type).
Extra removable shelves are also available for use with the universal rack guides in the cabinet base.
