The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas-powered, 18" modular range with a griddle. It features a 3/4" thick polished steel plate, manual controls, individual pilots and controls, side splashes, and a stainless steel front, front top ledge, side, base, burner box, and stub back. The range also comes with 4" flanged feet and has a 30,000 BTU output. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Standard features of the V Series Heavy Duty Range include a 4" high side splash, a 30,000 BTU/hr. burner, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a 3/4" ground steel griddle plate, a stainless steel cabinet base door, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. The range also has individual pilots and controls for each burner, universal rack guides with one removable shelf (for cabinet base models), and a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold with a 1 1/4" rear gas connection (capped). The range is made with stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. For the "B" models, it comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, while the modular model does not have legs.
Optional features that can be factory installed include a cap and cover for the front manifold, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, less legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models, universal rack guides with one shelf (removable), and a 3" high toe base for curb mounting of cabinet base models.
Accessories that are packaged and sold separately for the V Series Heavy Duty Range include a banking strip, a set of 4 casters (6" high, with two locking), 10", 22", or 34" high back risers (without a shelf), 22" single deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, 34" double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, 6" adjustable flanged feet for cabinet base models, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, and 3/4", 1", or 1 1/4" gas pressure regulator (specify gas type - pack loose). Extra removable shelves for use with universal rack guides are also available for cabinet base models.
