The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with an 18" width. It features a 30,000 BTU hot top with polished cast iron. The range also includes a storage base with cabinet doors for convenient storage. The front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are all made of stainless steel for durability. The range comes with 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling. It is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
The range has several standard features, including a 30,000 BTU/hr. burner, heavy-duty top castings, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, and a stainless steel cabinet base door. It also has an individual pilot and control for each burner and comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The range includes universal rack guides and one removable shelf for the cabinet base.
Optional features that can be factory installed include a cap and cover for the front manifold, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, and the option to have no legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models. There is also a 3" high toe base available for curb mounting of cabinet base units.
Various accessories are available for purchase separately, including a banking strip, a set of 4 casters (two of which are locking), high back risers in 10", 22", or 34" heights, and single or double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers in 22" or 34" heights. Other accessories include extra removable shelves for use with the universal rack guides, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, and gas pressure regulators in 3/4", 1", or 1 1/4" sizes.
The exterior dimensions of the range are 36 3/4"d x 18"w x 40 1/2"h on 6" adjustable legs. The range is available in two models: V118H (modular) and V118HB (cabinet base). Both models have a stainless steel construction and include a 1 1/4" diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4" rear gas connection (capped). The range features heavy hot top castings and individual pilots and controls for each burner. The total input for the range is 30,000 BTU/hr.
