The Convection Commercial Oven is a gas-powered, double-deck oven designed for bakery use. It features computer controls, electronic spark igniters, and a 99-hour timer. The oven has 8" high legs and is made of stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, with stainless steel doors that have windows. It has two 50,000 BTU burners and is NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The oven comes with several standard features, including electronic spark igniters, an oven cool switch for rapid cool down, stainless steel construction, and porcelain enamel interiors. It also includes a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, five nickel plated oven racks with eleven rack positions per section, and independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows. The oven has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a combination gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system. It is equipped with a 1/2 H.P. two-speed oven blower-motor and has a 120/60/1 power supply with a 6' cord and plug.

Optional features for the oven include casters, a stainless steel rear enclosure, simultaneous chain driven doors, a second-year extended warranty, and different voltage options. There is also a complete prison package and security screws available.

Accessories for the oven include rack hangers, extra oven racks, a stainless steel drip pan, and a down draft flue diverter for direct vent connection. A flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device is also available.

The specifications for the oven include a double section, deep depth design with stainless steel construction. The oven has independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows and non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors. The oven interiors are made of porcelain enamel on steel and measure 29"w x 26 1/8"d x 20"h. Each section comes with two interior oven lights and five nickel plated oven racks. The oven has a total input of 100,000 BTU/hr. with one 50,000 BTU/hr. burner per section. It requires a 120 volt, 60 Hz, 1 ph power supply with a 6' cord and plug. The oven is CSA design certified and NSF listed.
