The Convection Commercial Oven is a gas-powered, double-deck oven with a standard depth. It features solid state controls, electronic spark ignition, and a 5-hour timer with a digital display enhancement. The temperature range is from 150°F to 500°F. Each deck has 5 oven racks that can be operated independently, and the oven doors are removable and have windows. The interior is made of porcelain on steel and has an interior light. The front, top, sides, and legs are made of stainless steel. The oven is equipped with two 1/2 HP blower motors and has a total of 50,000 BTU. It is NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and ENERGY STAR® certified. 

Standard features include painted legs, a 50,000 BTU/hr. burner, an electronic spark igniter, cool-to-the-touch handles, stainless steel front, sides, and top, a three-year limited warranty on doors, an oven cool switch for rapid cool down, porcelain enamel on steel oven interior, on-board diagnostics for easy servicing, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, a 5-hour timer with digital display enhancement, five nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks with eleven rack positions, independently operated lift-off stainless steel doors with double pane windows, and a 1/2 H.P. two-speed oven blower motor. The oven also has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a combination gas valve/pressure regulator and safety solenoid system. 

Optional features include casters, stainless steel legs, and a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty. Accessories available for the oven include a rack hanger, extra oven racks, a stainless steel drip pan, a down draft flue diverter for direct vent connection, and a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device. 

The specifications of the oven are as follows: it is a double-section gas convection oven with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. The independently operated stainless steel doors have double pane windows. The oven interiors are made of porcelain enamel on steel and measure 29"w x 22 1/8"d x 20"h. Each section has one interior oven light and five nickel plated oven racks measuring 28 1/4" x 20 1/2" with grab-and-go front cut out.
