The Convection Commercial Oven is a gas-powered oven with a single deck and standard depth. It features solid state controls, an electronic spark igniter, and a 5-hour timer with a digital display enhancement. The temperature range is from 150°F to 500°F. Each deck has 5 oven racks that can be operated independently. The oven also has a removable door with a window, a porcelain on steel interior, and an interior light. The front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel. The oven stands on 23-3/4" painted legs and has a 1/2 HP blower motor. It has a 50,000 BTU burner and is NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
