The gas double-deck convection oven has a standard depth and solid state controls. It features electronic spark igniters and a 60-minute timer. Each oven comes with five nickel-plated racks and has a painted 8-inch high legs. The front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel, and the doors have windows. The oven has two 50,000 BTU burners and is NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and ENERGY STAR certified. 

Standard features include electronic spark igniters, an oven cool switch for rapid cool down, a porcelain enamel on steel oven interior, stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Each section has a 50,000 BTU/hr. burner and comes with five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven rack positions. The stainless steel doors are independently operated and have double pane windows. The oven has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a combination gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system. It also has a 1/2 H.P. two-speed oven blower-motor and a 60/1 with 6' cord and plug. 

Optional features include casters, a stainless steel rear enclosure, a kosher-friendly control package, simultaneous chain-driven doors, a control panel mounted on the left side of the oven, a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty, a 208V or 240V, 60 Hz, 1 ph, two-speed, 1/2 H.P. blower motor, a complete prison package, and security screws only. 

Accessories available for the oven include rack hangers, extra oven racks, a stainless steel drip pan, a down draft flue diverter for direct vent connection, and a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device. 

The specifications of the oven include a double-section gas convection oven with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. The stainless steel doors are independently operated and have double pane windows. The oven has non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors. The porcelain enamel on steel oven interiors measures 29" W x 22 1/8" D x 20" H. Each section comes with two interior oven lights and five nickel-plated oven racks measuring 28 1/4" x 20 1/2".
