The Institutional Series Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile cabinet designed for holding and transporting food items. It has a capacity to hold either (7) 18" x 26" x 1" pans or (14) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet includes three adjustable shelves, a forced air blower, side mounted push handles, a recessed control panel, and an electronic control with a digital display. It can maintain temperatures from ambient to 190°F. The cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel both on the interior and exterior, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified. Standard features of the cabinet include a rear mounted cord, field reversible doors, a magnetic action door latch, Dutch doors (for VBP15 and VBP18 models), recessed side mounted handles, and an integrated steel frame for maximum strength. The cabinet is fully insulated with 1 1/2" in side walls and 2" in the top. It is also ENERGY STAR qualified (except for model VBP18). The cabinet is equipped with a blower motor for gentle and even temperature distribution. It has 5" heavy duty casters (2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid) for easy mobility (VBP5 model has 3" casters). The electronic control allows for easy temperature adjustment up to 190°F. The cabinet comes with a cord and plug: NEMA 5-15 for 120 volts and NEMA 6-15 for 208-240 volts. It has a one year limited parts and labor warranty, with a lifetime parts warranty on the heating elements after the first year. The cabinet's holding capacity includes 18" x 26" sheet pans, other pan sizes on shelves, and 12" x 20" pans, or a combination of both on 1 1/2" centers. Optional features for the cabinet include 208/240 volt power supply, a humidity pan, additional tray slides, a full perimeter bumper, wire shelves to sit on tray slides, and glass Dutch doors (for VBP7 and VBP15 models).
