It is CSA and NSF certified.
The range has several standard features including a porcelain oven cavity, a 4" stainless steel stub riser, a 3/4" ground steel griddle plate, and heavy-duty cast hot top plates. It also has a standard oven burner with a 50,000 BTU/hr. output, a convection oven burner with a 32,000 BTU/hr. output, and two hot top burners with a 30,000 BTU/hr. output each. The range comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty and has individual pilots and controls for each burner. For the "B" units, it has stainless steel cabinet base doors and universal rack guides with one removable shelf.
Optional features that can be factory installed include a stainless steel oven cavity, a cap and cover front manifold, a fan cooling package for "C" models, a 3" high toe base for curb mounting, and a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth for "S" models. The range can also be ordered without legs for dolly mounting for "S", "C", and "B" models.
There are also various accessories available for the range, including dolly frames, a banking strip, a set of 4 casters (two locking), high back risers in different heights, single or double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, adjustable flanged feet, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, telescoping plate rails, and gas pressure regulators in different sizes.
