The V Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that is 36" in size and modular in design. It features two 18" French tops and is made with stainless steel on the front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. It also has 4" flanged feet for stability. The range has a 50,000 BTU capacity and is CSA and NSF certified.
The range comes with several standard features including a porcelain oven cavity, polished cast iron French tops, stainless steel cabinet base doors, and a 50,000 BTU/hr. standard oven burner. It also has a 32,000 BTU/hr. convection oven burner and individual pilots and controls for each burner. The range has a one year limited parts and labor warranty.
Additional optional features that can be factory installed include a stainless steel oven cavity, a cap and cover front manifold, and a fan cooling package. There is also the option for a 3" high toe base for curb mounting, 4" adjustable flanged feet for modular models, and the option to have no legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models. The range can also be equipped with a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth.
There are various accessories available for the range, including dolly frames, banking strips, and sets of casters. There are also high back risers in different heights, single and double deck solid or flo-thru high shelf risers, and different types of grates. Other accessories include adjustable flanged feet, a flexible gas hose with quick disconnect and restraining device, gas pressure regulators, telescoping plate rails, and extra removable shelves for use with Universal rack guides.
