The Vulcan MSA72 Heavy Duty Gas Griddle is a countertop griddle that is 72" wide and operates on gas. It features a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate that evenly distributes heat and eliminates hot and cold spots. The griddle has six embedded snap action thermostats that allow for independent temperature control between 200°F and 550°F. The griddle also has six 27,000 BTU/hr U-shaped burners with manual ignition and pilot safety valves for each pair of burners. The griddle is constructed with a fully welded aluminized steel chassis and stainless steel front, sides, and front grease trough. It comes with two 6 qt. grease cans and has 4" back and tapered side splashes. The griddle stands on adjustable 4" legs and has a cooking height of 11". The griddle has a total gas input of 162,000 BTU/hr and comes with standard features such as manual ignition, bottom heat shields, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame, a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, and large 6 qt. stainless steel grease drawers. Optional features for the griddle include a 30" deep plate, hexavalent chrome plated cooking surface, stainless steel stand with marine edges and casters, full or partially grooved griddle plate, and various accessories such as a cutting board, condiment rail, plate rail, and banking strip. The griddle is CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF certified.
