The VCCG24-IC Heavy Duty Griddle from Vulcan is a countertop gas griddle designed for heavy-duty use. It features a 24" wide cooking surface with a 3/4" thick Rapid Recovery™ composite plate. The griddle has two burners with solid state thermostats every 12" for precise temperature control. It utilizes IRX™ infrared burner technology for efficient heating.
The griddle is equipped with electronic spark ignition and pilot protection for easy and safe operation. It also has wire knob guards for added safety. The front, sides, front top ledge, and front grease trough are made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean. The griddle also features 4" back and tapered side splashes for added protection.
For convenience, the griddle comes with a drawer for storing grease and crumbs. The drawer is made of stainless steel and is easy to remove for disposal. The griddle is mounted on adjustable 4" legs to ensure stability on the countertop.
The griddle requires 48,000 BTU and has a 3/4" rear gas connection. It comes with a 6-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug for easy installation. The griddle is NSF, CSA, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
