The electric restaurant range is 36" in size and comes with a griddle and a polished steel plate. It features thermostatic controls and a standard oversized oven, which includes one rack. The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and it also has a single-deck high shelf and 6" legs. The range is UL and NSF certified, as well as cULus and UL EPH Classified. It operates on 208v power and is suitable for use in restaurants.
