This gas-powered Convection Steamer from the PowerSteam™ Series features two compartments on a 24" cabinet base. It has a total pan capacity of six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans. The steamer is equipped with a high-output stainless steel steam generator that uses superheated steam. It also has Timed Smart Drain & PowerFlush for easy maintenance, as well as an auto blowdown feature. The professional controls include a 60-minute timer and a buzzer for each compartment. The steamer also has a constant steam feature and a split water line. It is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior, including the frame and flanged feet. The steamer has a power output of 125,000 BTU and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and UL EPH Classified.
