This gas-powered Convection Steamer from the PowerSteam™ Series features Superheated Steam and comes with 2 compartments on a 24" cabinet base. It has a total pan capacity of (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans. The steamer is equipped with a high-output stainless steel steam generator with Timed Smart Drain & PowerFlush, auto blowdown, and professional controls with a 60-minute timer. Each compartment has a buzzer and a constant steam feature. The steamer has a split water line and is made of stainless steel both on the interior, exterior, frame, and flanged feet. It has electric ignition and a power of 125,000 BTU. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and UL EPH Classified certified.
