This is a countertop electric convection steamer from the PowerSteam™ Series. It has one compartment and is 24" wide. It can hold up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The steamer features a high output stainless steel steam generator with Timed Smart Drain & Powerflush. It also has staged water fill, professional controls with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam feature. The cook/ready lights and power switch are included. The steamer has split water lines and a stainless steel interior and exterior. It also has leveling feet and is cULus and UL EPH Classified.
