This is a countertop electric convection steamer with one compartment. It is 24" wide and has a capacity of (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The steamer features a high output stainless steel steam generator with Timed Smart Drain & Powerflush. It also has professional controls with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam feature. The steamer has cook/ready lights and a power switch. It has split water lines and a stainless steel interior and exterior. The steamer also has leveling feet and is UL EPH Classified and cULus certified.
