The Vulcan 72SC-24GT4B24CB Endurance™ Restaurant Range is the perfect choice for restaurant kitchens that require a versatile cooking range. This 72" wide range offers a thermostatic griddle, four burners with lift-off burner heads, a charbroiler, and both a standard and convection oven. With its spacious design, this range provides ample cooking space for a variety of menu items.

The Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is known for its durability and functionality. The fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame ensures that this range can withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. It is designed to keep up with the fast-paced environment and efficiently fulfill orders.

To conserve gas consumption, each pair of burners is equipped with a flash tube pilot. This design prevents the pilots from going out due to spills or boilovers. The cast grates of the open top burners easily lift-off for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The thermostatically controlled griddle ensures consistent cooking results. The 7/8" thick griddle plate provides even heat distribution and quick recovery. The 4" wide grease trough makes grease and crumb management effortless, and the extra-deep pull-out crumb tray simplifies emptying.

The 24" wide charbroiler features four burners with supercharger dividers. Each burner has its own control knob, which remains cool to the touch for easy adjustment.

This range includes two different oven types for added versatility. The convection oven is equipped with a powerful blower that operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power. It comes with a 6' power cord and plug set for easy installation. Both ovens are baker's depth and 26-?” wide, with two adjustable racks offering four positions. The thermostats can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
