The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is a reliable and efficient solution for commercial kitchens that require a range with a charbroiler and burners. This particular model, the 36S-2B24CBP, is designed to use liquid propane and has a compact 36" width, making it suitable for smaller spaces. 

The range is constructed with high-quality stainless steel on the front, back riser, sides, and high shelf, ensuring durability and longevity. The fully MIG welded chassis with an aluminized frame further enhances its sturdiness, making it capable of withstanding daily use in a busy kitchen environment.

To optimize gas consumption, the twin open top burners are equipped with a single pilot that covers both burners. This pilot system utilizes a shrouded flash tube design, which not only prevents the pilot from going out due to boilovers and spills but also ensures efficient gas usage. The cast grates on the burners can be easily lifted off for convenient cleaning and maintenance, while the lift-off burner heads further facilitate these tasks.

The range also features a 24" wide charbroiler with four burners and supercharger dividers. Each burner has its own control knob, allowing for individual control and easy adjustment. The control knobs are designed to remain cool to the touch, ensuring user safety.

At the base of the range, there is a 26-? wide standard oven with a standard baker's depth. The oven is equipped with two adjustable oven racks that can be positioned in four different positions, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. The bottom and door panel of the oven are made from porcelain, ensuring excellent insulation. The oven also comes with a thermostat that allows users to set temperatures between 250°F and 500°F, accommodating a wide range of baking requirements.
