The UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a one-section table with a width of 27 inches. It is self-contained and has a capacity of 6.9 cubic feet. The table features two drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and the lower drawer accommodating two 6-inch deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top has an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch composite cutting board. The table also includes locking divider bars, a hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, and full electronic control. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum. The table has Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty and a rear mount refrigeration system. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/10 HP motor. The table is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. It is also proudly made in the USA.
