This commercial pizza prep table is a one-section unit with a width of 60-1/8". It is self-contained and has a capacity of 17.76 cu. ft. The table features two drawers and a stainless steel top with a 19" cutting board. The lid is hinged and insulated, and can be lifted up flat. The table also has full electronic control and a stainless steel front and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene, with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and the unit has a 1/2 HP motor. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as UL-Sanitation certified. This prep table is proudly made in the USA.
