This commercial pizza prep table is a four-section unit with a width of 118-7/8". It is self-contained and has a capacity of 42.2 cu. ft. The table features eight drawers and a stainless steel top. It also includes a 19" cutting board that is hinged and insulated with a flat lift-up lid. The table has full electronic control and a stainless steel front and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and the gaskets are made of Santoprene, which comes with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and the table is powered by a 1/2 HP motor.
