This commercial pizza prep table is a four-section unit with a width of 118-7/8". It is self-contained and has a capacity of 42.2 cu. ft. The table features three self-closing doors, six epoxy coated shelves, and two drawers. The top is made of stainless steel and includes a 19" cutting board that is hinged and insulated with a flat lift-up lid. The table also has full electronic control and stainless steel doors, front, and sides. The interior is made of aluminum and includes Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and has a 1/2 HP motor. This table is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as UL-Sanitation certified. It is proudly made in the USA.
