The UltraSpec™ Series Dual Temp Refrigerated and Heated Cabinet is a pass-thru, two-section unit with self-contained refrigeration. Each section has a capacity of 25.6 cu. ft. The cabinet features eight half-height hinged doors, with three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves in each warmer section and three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves in each refrigerator section. The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum. The cabinet has a standard depth and wide half-height doors. It is equipped with TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicators and a top-mounted compressor. The refrigerant used is R-290 Hydrocarbon. The refrigerator section has a 1/3 HP compressor. The unit is cULus, UL-EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation certified, and is proudly made in the USA. (There are also other commercial pass-thru dual temps available.)
